Mealtime is a time to relax with friends, refuel and unwind. This is why we have taken the stress out of dining with restrictions. Our True Balance station offer complete hot entrees made without dairy, wheat, gluten, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, fish, sesame and soy. Your food is freshly prepared and served by our culinary staff who is AllerTrain certified. We also feature Conscious Bites, a separate room within the dining hall for students with specific dietary needs to access specialty foods, a toaster and a waffle iron. Cross contamination is significantly minimized when only specified students have access to this area. Lastly, we are happy to work with students and prepare meals that meet their dietary needs.
