Travel Tuesday: Sarah Boisvere ‘20
Sarah Boisvere ‘20, a double major in Global Studies and Theology, is currently spending her fall semester with Semester at Sea (through Colorado State University). Sarahlives on a ship and travels to 13 different countries across the world, from Morocco to Brazil, Portugal to Trinidad and Tobago. “I chose Semester at Sea because I wanted an immersive travel abroad experience and I wanted a program where I could visit and learn about multiple different cultures as opposed to just staying in only one culture.” Studying global studies with Semester at Sea, the world is her classroom, and she has learned an appreciation for cultural awareness and competency that will follow her home. “I’m loving every minute of my time abroad and Semester at Sea has really been a dream come true.”
