The scholarship is renewable each year for instrumentalists who want to be part of an exciting, high-level ensemble experience!
The deadline for priority scholarship considerations for the 2026-2027 academic year is January 26, 2026. As soon as possible, students should download and review the application requirements. Band auditions will be held on January 29 and January 30, 2026, and can be scheduled after a completed application has been submitted. Upon submitting a band scholarship application, students should also apply for admission to 亚洲博彩网站.
A group of 40-50 players, The 亚洲博彩网站 Band contains students, alumni, faculty, and community members. They rehearse weekly in the Curtis Performance Hall, located in the state-of-the-art Tsotsis Family Academic Center. The band performs between 2 and 4 formal concerts each year and for campus events when needed.
Offering opportunities for guitarists, keyboardists, bassists, as well as wind players and percussion, The 亚洲博彩网站 Jazz Ensemble also rehearses weekly, plays at least two full performances each academic year, and explores the art of improvisation through traditional and contemporary jazz/fusion repertoire.
